My name is Stefanie Mockler. I am an organizational psychologist, leadership coach, and multi-passionate professional with a fierce drive to develop compassionate, accountable, and empowered professionals who lead with integrity and do what's right, not only for their business and their teams, but for the world.
In the fall of 2018, I was struck by the continued gender gap in leadership roles. Believe it or not: 5% of C-suite roles in S&P Fortune 500 Companies are held by women; even less for women of color!
Armed with this data, the stories of many women I coach, and my own personal experiences of subtle bias, I decided I was no longer content with watching the narrative from the sidelines.
In the fall of 2018, I launched this website, including a blog and associated social media platforms centered around elevating and empowering women and leaders to address and resolve unique leadership challenges. This page, and my journey, is ever-evolving and while my vision is crystal clear (achieve gender parity in leadership roles), I know the "how" behind my story will continue to grow and shift.
All-in-all, I wholeheartedly believe that with authentic, people-focused leaders at the helm of our organizations, we can make a fundamental difference in people’s day-to-day lives. We’ve all likely had a bad boss, but how many of us have had a sincerely great one?
Women, in particular, are well-suited to lead with empathy and accountability, drive change through challenging times, and build inclusive, people-focused organizational cultures.
